Description

You will manage IT staffing resources for specific projects and client requirements. You will own the end-to-end staffing lifecycle, resolving complex resource allocation issues while maintaining high responsiveness to customer needs. You will interface directly with clients to build and maintain long-term professional relationships. You will handle diverse recruitment tasks across different service areas and execute staffing solutions with a focus on client service and urgency. You will quickly grasp the complexities of different service areas to support team needs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing IT staffing resources for specific projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Office 365 and Excel.
• Strong professional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp the complexities of different service areas.
• Experience in client-facing roles and relationship management.
• Any Graduate degree.
