Description

You will own the design, development, and execution of tests for REST APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for REST APIs, verifying functionality, performance, and security.
• Test and validate APIs built on AWS Lambda using TypeScript, integrated with API Gateway.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, review API specifications, and maintain test cases.
• Utilize tools like Postman, REST Assured, or TypeScript-based frameworks for API automation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, monitor API performance, and maintain test documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API testing.
• Proficiency with REST APIs.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS services, specifically Lambda and API Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with Postman.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing automated API tests.
