You will create customized resumes that align professional backgrounds with specific career goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored resumes by analyzing job descriptions for specific industries and positions.
• Review and edit documents for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
• Design visually organized layouts using Canva and industry-appropriate templates.
• Implement keyword strategies to improve discoverability within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Conduct vendor calls to gather necessary information for resume construction.

Required Skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience in professional resume writing.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to use Canva for document design.
• Knowledge of ATS keyword optimization.
• Experience conducting information-gathering calls.
• Ability to work from the office during IST hours (11 AM - 8 PM or 2 PM - 11 PM).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience converting final documents to PDF format while maintaining consistent formatting.
