Description

Manage and support retail hardware and networking infrastructure across various endpoints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy software, applications, and configurations to Windows-based workstations and MS Surface Pro tablets.
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity, cabling, and wireless access points.
• Maintain and support PoS hardware including scanners, thermal printers, cash drawers, and pinpads.
• Manage peripheral devices such as signature pads, MSRs, and MFP units.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems deployment.
• Proficiency with Windows Administration and remote connectivity tools.
• Experience with scripting tools to automate Windows configurations.
• Hands-on experience with PoS scanners and signature pads & MSRs.
• Knowledge of Wireless Access Points and networked thermal receipt printers.
• Experience managing wired and wireless pinpads and cash drawers.
• Ability to work with Cisco Integrated Service Routers via read-only access.
