Description

You manage hardware and software deployments for retail environments, ensuring endpoint reliability and connectivity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows-based small form factor workstations and MS Surface Pro tablets.
• Deploy software, applications, and configurations to endpoints.
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity, cabling, and wireless access points.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Windows Administration and remote connectivity tools.
• Scripting tools for automating Windows configurations.
• Experience with networked thermal receipt printers.
• Hands-on experience with wired and wireless Pinpads.
• Support for cash drawers, PoS scanners, and inventory scanners.
• Knowledge of signature pads, MSRs, and wireless access points.
• Read-only access experience with Cisco Integrated Service Routers.
