You will lead the strategy and implementation of technology solutions to optimize retail operations, customer experience, and inventory management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive retail technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of POS systems, eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, and CRM tools.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure to minimize operational disruption.
• Direct a team of IT professionals, managing budgets, forecasting spend, and ensuring ROI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in retail technology.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of deploying technology solutions in retail environments.
• Expertise in IT management and project management.
• Strong background in retail management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
