Description

You will own the global renewal risk program, specifically the 'Early Warning' Program, to maintain a 360-degree view of renewal risk and drive retention outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive resolution for accounts at risk of non-renewal in collaboration with Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success teams.
• Determine priority levels for risk and intervention.
• Communicate renewal risk status and program trends to executive staff and stakeholders.
• Lead teams in developing and executing remediation or 'get-well' plans to address critical renewal issues.
• Analyze and iterate on existing program processes to identify and implement improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional ownership or senior leadership in renewal risk or escalation program management.
• 7-10 years of experience in a senior role within Sales, Renewals, or Customer Success.
• Experience in high-visibility, executive-facing roles with daily interaction with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to use remediation plans or 'get-well planning' to drive internal stakeholders toward action.
• Expertise in horizontal leadership to drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Cybersecurity industry.
