Description

You will own the revenue recognition process, ensuring strict compliance with ASC 606 and maintaining robust SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply authoritative accounting pronouncements, specifically ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards.
• Document, execute, and maintain SOX internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze complex financial data and revenue streams with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manage multiple tasks independently while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting and financial analysis.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in revenue accounting and ASC 606.
• Proven experience in SOX control documentation and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong ability to analyze information and maintain thoroughness in deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle, Workday Financials, Blackline, eGRC360, Tableau, or Hyperion.
