Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle workflows and optimization strategies to drive operational efficiency.
• Utilize healthcare information systems to support daily operations.
• Develop custom reports to monitor financial performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated clinical and financial systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency with Cerner and Soarian systems.
• Hands-on experience with 3M Encoder.
• Ability to develop and manage Custom Reports.
• Working knowledge of HL7 Standards.
• Experience using QlikView for data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
