Description

You will manage 3D architectural models and BIM production to support design teams through all project phases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D architectural models, detailed drawings, and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into cohesive models.
• Produce detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views for construction and presentations.
• Manage office-wide Revit templates, families, and standards to improve workflow productivity.
• Conduct clash detection and model audits to resolve conflicts between building disciplines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including model creation and parametric family creation.
• Experience with BIM coordination across architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documents, and building systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to work independently with remote teams to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Experience with Autodesk BIM 360 for cloud collaboration.
