Description

You will manage RF design, optimization, and operations for LTE and 5G NR wireless networks in Littleton, CO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain macro and small cell nominal and final RF designs, including RF link budgets for 3GPP technologies.
• Perform RF support for Site Acquisition and Construction teams.
• Execute model calibrations and manage drive test data post-processing and map generation.
• Conduct frequency planning, interference matrix analysis, and site database maintenance.
• Analyze inter-modulation and external interference to meet equipment co-location requirements for multiple operators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall wireless experience in Design, Optimization, or Operations roles.
• 3+ years of relevant LTE RF Design working experience.
• Proficiency in 4G/5G and NR cellular/mobile technology theory and practical application.
• Expertise in RF KPIs and maintenance of RF link budgets.
• Experience setting up, calibrating, and utilizing LTE design and optimization equipment and software.
• Working knowledge of at least two industry propagation/planning tools, such as Planet or Atoll.
• Experience with drive test data post-processing using Windcatcher, Actix, or Accuver.
• BSEE/BSCS degree or equivalent related degree and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-operator co-location environments.
• Proficiency in Accuver for drive test analysis.
