Description

Design and manage enterprise in-building RF projects and distributed antenna systems (DAS).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and review in-building RF layouts using iBwave.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of enterprise in-building projects and DAS.
• Prepare and file 911 and regulatory compliance paperwork.
• Interface with submarket teams, enterprise sales, and senior leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards and presentations for Director and VP level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in RF Design.
• Practical experience or iBwave Certification.
• Experience with RAN and DAS OEM systems (Nortel, Motorola, or Nokia).
• Proficiency with Atoll, Fuze/Siterra, and Roofmaster/Roofview.
• Expertise in prediction and mapping tools including MapInfo and Windcatcher.
• Extensive knowledge of FCC Emissions and RF Safety guidelines.
• RF system optimization techniques for voice and data.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent telecommunications industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing executive-level dashboards and presentations.
