Assist with the bring-up, simulation, and validation of RF/antenna designs.
Test wireless/RF subsystem performance against predefined quality metrics.
Automate test equipment to improve test cycle efficiency.
Produce detailed test reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with hardware, software engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure project success.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) with 3+ years of experience in hardware product development and testing.
Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW.
Hands-on experience with microwave/measurement equipment such as Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Vector Signal Analyzers/Generators, traffic generators, and wireless sniffers.
Familiarity with wireless architectures (radio front ends, antennas, amplifiers, RF switches, filters, and couplers from 450 - 7125 MHz) and wireless networking concepts.
Willingness to learn or experience with simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS) and schematic/layout tools (e.g., Cadence)
