Description

You will own the bring-up, simulation, and validation of RF and antenna designs, ensuring wireless subsystems meet quality metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test wireless and RF subsystem performance against predefined quality standards.
• Automate test equipment to improve test cycle efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Produce detailed test reports and present findings to cross-functional engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, product management, and supply chain teams to drive project success.
• Validate RF front-end designs including antennas, amplifiers, switches, and filters.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in hardware product development and testing.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
• Hands-on experience with microwave measurement equipment: Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Vector Signal Analyzers/Generators, traffic generators, and wireless sniffers.
• Familiarity with wireless architectures (RF front ends, antennas, amplifiers, RF switches, filters, couplers) from 450 - 7125 MHz.
• Knowledge of wireless networking concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, CST, or HFSS.
• Familiarity with schematic and layout tools like Cadence.
