Description

Own the bring-up, simulation, and validation of RF and antenna designs, ensuring wireless subsystems meet quality metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test wireless and RF subsystem performance against predefined quality standards.
• Automate test equipment to reduce test cycle time and improve efficiency.
• Produce detailed test reports and present technical findings to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, product management, and supply chain groups.
• Validate RF architectures including front ends, antennas, and passive components.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in hardware product development and testing.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW.
• Hands-on experience with Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Vector Signal Generators.
• Experience with RF switches, filters, and couplers across 450-7125 MHz.
• Knowledge of wireless networking concepts and radio front-end architectures.
• Familiarity with traffic generators and wireless sniffers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, CST, or HFSS.
• Knowledge of schematic/layout tools like Cadence.
