Description

You will optimize wireless network performance by managing coverage, capacity, and quality of service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using management systems and KPIs to identify trends and anomalies.
• Analyze metrics including call drop rates, setup success rates, throughput, and latency to drive improvements.
• Fine-tune network parameters such as handover thresholds, power levels, and antenna tilt angles.
• Execute technology migrations, including upgrading from 4G LTE to 5G.
• Perform site surveys to assess RF propagation, identify interference, and determine antenna configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RF optimization.
• Proficiency with network management systems.
• Experience monitoring network performance and analyzing KPIs.
• Ability to perform antenna tilting, power adjustments, and neighbor list optimization.
• Hands-on experience with 4G LTE and 5G technology migration.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex network data.
• Experience with field measurements and site surveys for RF propagation.
• Ability to maintain detailed network configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with capacity planning and forecasting to support network expansion.
• Ability to identify coverage gaps and capacity bottlenecks through data analysis and field measurements.
