Description

You will drive the creation and execution of OTA verification plans and test procedures for system validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute OTA verification plans and test procedures for system validation.
• Maintain and manage testing equipment for various radio technologies.
• Analyze internal and third-party data to establish technical correlation.
• Collaborate with development teams to debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RF-OTA validation.
• Hands-on experience with OTA test environments including MVG, ETS, and R&S.
• Proficiency with R&S CMW500 and/or Keysight UXM testers.
• Working knowledge of 5G NR FR1, 5G NR FR2, LTE, GSM, and UMTS.
• Experience validating Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technologies up to Wi-Fi 6/6e.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP, PTCRB, and CTIA industry conformance requirements.
• Experience with antenna theory, wave propagation, and anechoic chambers.
• Ability to evaluate radiation performance metrics including TRP and TIS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
