Description

Manage end-to-end Over-the-Air (OTA) verification for wireless radio systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive OTA verification plans and detailed test procedures.
• Maintain and manage testing equipment for various radio technologies.
• Analyze internal and third-party data to establish performance correlation.
• Collaborate with development teams to debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RF or OTA validation.
• Hands-on experience with OTA test environments including MVG, ETS, or R&S.
• Proficiency with R&S CMW500 and/or Keysight UXM testers.
• Working knowledge of 5G NR (FR1 and FR2), LTE, GSM, UMTS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi (up to Wi-Fi 6/6e).
• Deep understanding of 3GPP, PTCRB, and CTIA carrier/industry conformance requirements.
• Experience with antenna/wave propagation, anechoic chambers, and radiation performance evaluation (TRP and TIS).
• Strong analytical skills and computer system proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
