Description

Support ongoing programs through data collection and performance monitoring across multiple builds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor antenna performance, including efficiency, TRP, TI, and SAR data collected at CMs.
• Conduct cellular and WiFi throughput tests and measure performance in the lab.
• Perform chamber and station calibration and validation.
• Process data, create plots, and develop keynotes to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with DRIs to identify regressions and suggest hardware or system improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in RF systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Hands-on proficiency with RF equipment: VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Base Station Emulators, Channel Emulators, and cSAR/DASY.
• Experience with OTA testing, specifically TRP/TIS and throughput in anechoic or reverb chambers.
• Practical knowledge of LTE, 5G NR, and WiFi technologies.
• SAR test experience.
• Programming and scripting skills in Python or Matlab for test automation, data processing, and visualization.
• Strong debugging and critical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Field performance testing of mobile devices.
• Experience with network drops and packet debugging.
