Description

You will conduct performance assessments for Cellular and WiFi technologies, owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle from data collection to technical improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor antenna performance data, including efficiency, TRP, TIS, and SAR, collected in lab environments.
• Execute Cellular and WiFi throughput tests and perform chamber or station calibration and validation.
• Process data, create plots, and develop presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DRIs to identify regressions and suggest technical improvements.
• Conduct OTA testing, including TRP/TIS and throughput measurements in anechoic or reverb chambers.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in RF systems or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with OTA testing, specifically TRP/TIS and throughput in anechoic or reverb chambers.
• Deep understanding of LTE, 5G NR, and WiFi technologies.
• Proficiency with RF equipment including VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Base Station Emulators, and Channel Emulators.
• Direct experience with SAR testing.
• Programming and scripting skills in Python, Matlab, or R for test automation, data processing, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Simulink and Matlab.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with field performance testing of devices.
• Experience with network drops and packet debugging.
