You will measure and characterize cellular radio hardware designs across the product line.
Responsibilities
Build rack-based RF test setups for fully automated hardware characterization campaigns.
Maintain test setups through regular calibration and coordinate with lab management on equipment maintenance.
Run automation tools to collect parametric data on cellular hardware designs and provide measurements to design engineers.
Assist design engineers with data processing and visualization.
Collaborate with rework technicians on component revisions and test automation engineers to debug script or station issues.
Required Skills
3-5 years of hands-on RF test and measurement experience.
Proficiency with RF test methodology and equipment in the 600MHz to 6GHz frequency range.
Experience using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, cellular call boxes, load pull tuners, oscilloscopes, and DC power supplies.
Experience running long characterization efforts on RF components or systems using fully automated test setups.
Ability to read schematics and review PCB layouts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Preferred Skills
Scripting and debugging experience using Python or Matlab.
Data analysis experience using Tableau, Excel, or Matlab.
