Description

You will execute RF system and bench testing, manage test data, and debug RF issues in lab or field environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF system and bench testing while maintaining organized test data.
• Track and debug RF issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams on mitigation plans.
• Partner with automation developers to build internal automated test systems.
• Work with equipment vendors to debug test system issues and optimize test solutions.
• Support production line RF testing and product certification.

Required Skills

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of related experience in RF validation.
• Deep understanding of RF system level parameters including Power, EVM, ACLR, SEM, Band edge, Spurious Emission, Harmonics, Sensitivity, Adaptivity, and Blocking.
• Working knowledge of RF test methodology, troubleshooting, tester bring-up, and bench rework.
• Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, CMW500, VNA, power meters, power dividers, and RF switchers.
• Knowledge of wireless communication systems such as Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, or NFC.
• Familiarity with worldwide wireless regulatory standards including FCC, IC, and CE.
• Familiarity with industrial conformance standards such as 3GPP, IEEE, or Bluetooth SIG.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience automating test systems using scripting languages like Python.
