You will execute RF system and bench testing according to validation plans and manage all resulting test data.
Responsibilities
Perform RF system and bench testing, maintaining and organizing all test data.
Track and debug RF issues in lab or field environments, coordinating mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with automation developers to build internal automated test systems.
Work with equipment vendors to debug test systems and optimize test solutions.
Support production line RF testing and product certification.
Required Skills
Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of related experience.
Deep understanding of RF system level parameters including Power, EVM, ACLR, SEM, Band edge, Spurious Emission, Harmonics, Sensitivity, Adaptivity, and Blocking.
Proficiency with lab equipment including spectrum analyzers, CMW500, VNA, power meters, power dividers, and RF switchers.
Hands-on experience with RF test methodology, troubleshooting, tester bring-up, and bench rework.
Working knowledge of wireless communication systems such as Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, or NFC.
Familiarity with worldwide wireless regulatory standards like FCC, IC, and CE.
Knowledge of industrial conformance standards including 3GPP, IEEE, and Bluetooth SIG.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
Experience automating test systems using Python or similar scripting languages.
