Description

You will perform OTA and conducted performance assessments across Cellular and WiFi technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor antenna performance data, including efficiency, TRP, TIIS, and SAR, collected at CMs.
• Conduct lab measurements in Cupertino and run Cellular and WiFi throughput tests.
• Process data, create plots, and develop keynotes for program reviews.
• Collaborate with DRIs to identify regressions and suggest hardware improvements.
• Perform chamber and station calibration and validation.

Required Skills

• Experience with OTA testing, specifically TRP/TIS and throughput in anechoic or reverb chambers.
• Proficiency with RF equipment including VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Base Station Emulators, Channel Emulators, and cSAR/DASY.
• Practical understanding of LTE, 5G NR, and WiFi technologies.
• Hands-on SAR test experience.
• Programming and scripting skills in Python or Matlab for test automation, data processing, and visualization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of LTE and wireless telecom networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Field performance testing of devices.
• Experience with network drops and packet debug.
