Description

You will execute RF characterization and antenna testing to optimize wireless product performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute RF characterization and test plans using laboratory equipment.
• Conduct OTA antenna measurements and collect RF parametric data.
• Analyze collected data to optimize RF designs and improve hardware performance.
• Automate test systems to streamline measurement processes.
• Perform prototype design iterations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RF/Antenna testing or design.
• Strong knowledge of EM, EMI, RF, or antenna design principles.
• Experience integrating wireless technologies including cellular, GPS, WiFi, and NFC.
• Proficiency with RF lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
• Hands-on experience with RF prototyping and soldering SMA parts and 0201 or 01005 components.
• Proficiency with Python, Shell Script, Matlab, and Wireless Networks.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in C/C++ script development and shell scripting.
• Ability to develop automation frameworks for automated testing.
• Familiarity with electromagnetic/circuit simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, or Cadence.
