Description

You will serve as the technical lead for assigned services and projects, overseeing both support and development work.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution and own project outcomes for assigned services.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to developers and support analysts.
• Liaise between sales, delivery teams, and customers to communicate risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account and Delivery Managers on multiple concurrent projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and formal education curriculum development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Application Integration and the Healthcare domain.
• 5+ years of experience building custom Rhapsody integrations in healthcare environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript within the Rhapsody platform.
• Hands-on experience with Rhapsody Interface Support.
• 2+ years of experience with REST API integrations.
• Expertise with HL7 v2, FHIR, X12, and complex XML data standards.
• Strong analytical ability to decipher data patterns and draw causal inferences from diverse sources.

Preferred Skills

• Rhapsody product Professional Certification.
• Experience with TLS, HTTPS, Kafka, and AMQP protocols.
• Knowledge of web services, cloud-aware technologies, and integration platforms.
