Description

You manage Linux infrastructure across private and public cloud environments, owning release pipelines and security posture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Linux server instances across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Execute patch planning, vulnerability assessments, and workflow design for quarterly security updates.
• Perform proactive performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system tuning.
• Implement security policies to maintain strict operational security requirements.
• Coordinate approved changes during maintenance windows in a 24x7 on-call environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, Suse, and Debian.
• 4+ years developing Ansible playbooks, Shell, and Python scripts for automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms on-prem and in the cloud.
• Experience with VMware, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Proficiency with security tools including McAfee, Cisco AMP, Nessus Tenable, Tanium, and Dell SecureWorks Red Cloak.
• Expertise in monitoring, performance tuning, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dell SecureWorks Red Cloak.
