Description

You will manage and maintain RHEL, Windows, and VMware environments, troubleshooting system and application problems while performing server upgrades and patch installations.

Responsibilities

• Execute server virtualization, debugging, and tuning tasks across RHEL and Windows platforms.
• Manage and resolve technical cases and tickets within the CRM system.
• Perform server upgrades and patch installations with minimal supervision.
• Plan and prioritize work across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using analytical problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with RHEL and Windows operating systems.
• Strong Linux Level 2 support experience.
• Proficiency with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
• Knowledge of LVM and Unix file systems.
• Scripting experience using Bash or kshell.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
