Description

You will manage electronic laboratory report (ELR), syndromic surveillance (SyS), and electronic case report (eCR) data feeds, ensuring quality assurance and validation of incoming messages.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Validate and troubleshoot ELR, SyS, and eCR message integrity.
• Maintain and support development environments within Azure Cloud.
• Identify solutions for information access and system integration.
• Create system diagrams, documentation, and guidelines for design decisions.
• Assist ESIC, BIT, and vendors with new system implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a related technical role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of HL7, LOINC, SNOMED, ICD-10, and CPT coding standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or a Master's degree in Public Health.
