You will investigate, analyze, and resolve fraud and financial risk issues independently.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve queued fraud and financial risk issues independently.
• Make outbound calls to customers to validate payment transactions.
• Write complete, succinct, and accurate case notes for all investigations.
• Review work from other risk agents to provide feedback or approval.
• Handle escalations regarding suspected fraud from other business units.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in risk or fraud analysis.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Experience managing complex customer escalations.
• Ability to perform independent investigations.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation.
• Effective verbal communication for customer validation.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
