Description

You will design and implement third-party risk management processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and leadership directives.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-wide third-party risk management processes and manage their rollout and maturity.
• Develop and review program artifacts, including risk methodologies, service categories, risk profiles, and reporting thresholds.
• Maintain program documentation, including the Third-Party Management Practice Standard, desk procedures, and version control.
• Create training materials and conduct firmwide TPM training to oversee program performance.
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide guidance on how to adjust enterprise-wide programs to meet changing requirements.
• Review and prioritize user specifications for technology enablement and process automation.
• Manage a third-party risk monitoring and reporting process to track risks effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or related fields.
• Previous experience in Financial Institutions (FI).
• Proven experience designing a risk program from scratch.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Expertise in Third-Party Management Practice Standards.
• Ability to develop training materials and desk procedures.
• Experience with technology enablement and process automation requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Previous exposure to consulting or contingent labor clients and suppliers.
