Description

Design and implement enterprise-wide third-party risk management processes aligned with regulatory requirements and leadership directives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the rollout of third-party risk management processes to ensure continuous maturity improvement.
• Develop and review program artifacts, including risk methodologies, service categories, risk profiles, and reporting thresholds.
• Maintain program documentation, including the Third-Party Management Practice Standard, desk procedures, and version control.
• Create training materials and conduct firmwide TPM training to oversee program performance and adoption.
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide guidance on adjusting enterprise-wide programs to meet changing requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or related fields.
• Previous experience in Financial Institutions (FI).
• Proven experience designing a risk program from scratch.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Expertise in Third-Party Management Practice Standards.
• Ability to develop training materials and desk procedures.
• Experience with technology enablement and process automation requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Previous exposure to consulting or contingent labor clients and suppliers.
