Responsibilities

• Test transactions to ensure data integrity for regulatory reporting.
• Document business requirements and consolidate findings through stakeholder walkthrough sessions.
• Create and evaluate attributes to facilitate accurate and timely enterprise transaction reviews.
• Analyze data to provide initial sample evaluations and suggest improvement actions.
• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to align on test procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Domain expertise in Treasury, Capital Markets, Investment Trading, Corporate Finance, or Credit Risk.
• Ability to interpret processes, policies, and procedures to assess testing effectiveness.
• Experience identifying gaps and suggesting improvements based on regulation knowledge.
• Strong ability to challenge presented information to ensure accuracy and agreement.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills for data-driven sample evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in auditing.
