Description

You will analyze risk workflows and use statistical methods to protect the ecommerce platform from fraudulent activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential threats to ecommerce transactions through complex risk workflow analysis.
• Conduct in-depth investigations using platform tools and open-source resources to mitigate suspicious activities.
• Monitor and maintain platform KPIs regarding accuracy, decision time, and productivity.
• Propose and implement process enhancements, tool improvements, and operational documentation.
• Handle sensitive customer data in compliance with security and privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic formulas and keyboard shortcuts.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and fraud detection techniques.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
• Experience managing risk, fraud, or abuse detection.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team.
• Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of VLOOKUP in Excel.
• Experience specifically with online piracy, fraud, and abuse detection.
