Description

Design and develop middle office risk management systems for an investment banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop risk management systems using C# .NET and MS SQL Server.
• Own the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production release.
• Liaise with quantitative users to gather requirements and resolve complex business problems.
• Coordinate change control, including software management, testing, and production releases.
• Maintain production environments and provide technical support for business-critical systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with large scale software projects in C# .NET and MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Blob storage, Containers, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git, SVN, or JIRA.
• Knowledge of end-to-end development cycles and design methodologies.
• Experience with credit and market risk reporting (PV, Sensitivity, Stress, VAR, P&L Rec, PFE, Credit utilization).
• Background working within an investment banking technology environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Team City.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, specifically SSAS and SSIS.
