Description

You will own end-to-end security governance, compliance, and risk management for assigned technology portfolios and sub-portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the security estate for end-user-facing technologies and associated infrastructure.
• Execute day-to-day security and risk activities, ensuring deliverables remain within schedule, budget, and scope.
• Support service owners with patch alert responses to maintain adherence to documented SLAs.
• Drive improvements in response to compliance mandates and align with security audit directives.
• Conduct due diligence reviews to document policy exceptions and secure necessary approvals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in a large, diverse enterprise communications environment.
• 5+ years of experience working within a global matrix environment.
• Advanced knowledge of information security concepts, best practices, and procedures.
• Experience in service or product ownership and managing security-based projects.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and virtual technology products.
• Knowledge of Data Networks.
• Intermediate or expert level Excel skills with high aptitude for data analysis.
• Proven experience using ITIL within an Enterprise IT Service Support Organization.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications, CISSP, or GIAC.
• Project management certifications such as PMI/CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP.
• Familiarity with ITIL V3 or V4.
