Description

You will manage risk assessment, process controls, and compliance within supply chain operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk management policies and implement necessary modifications or improvements.
• Identify process gaps and strengthen internal controls through regular reviews.
• Own the risk register by identifying, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks.
• Manage the GRCA platform, including automation opportunities and user training.
• Coordinate with LoD1 and LoD3 to resolve audit findings and prevent repeat incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or internal controls.
• Deep knowledge of risk assessment, management frameworks, and controls.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and industry compliance standards.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving corrective actions.
• Proficiency in software configuration and GRCA platform management.
• Ability to lead SCM BRAC governance meetings.
• Teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
