Description

You will manage risk and issue tracking for IT implementation projects in Jackson, MS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish regular cadence with project teams to review business, technical, and operational readiness.
• Integrate with PMO and Project Management teams to manage risks and issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and review risk mitigation options.
• Analyze past project performance to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain risk management monitoring and documentation within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 8 years of Project Risk Management experience.
• 6 years of IT Integration experience.
• 6 years of software implementation project experience.
• 1 year of experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Knowledge of PMI standards and processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with PMO processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Child Welfare processes, workflows, and federal requirements.
