Description

You will lead the monitoring and management of third-party risks to ensure alignment with banking risk strategies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to monitor and manage operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks posed by third parties.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations departments to implement risk mitigation measures.
• Communicate risk management plans and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all risk management activities and decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
• Specialized experience in third-party risk management.
• Deep understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating across Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM.
