Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in project management or scrum facilitation.
• Proficiency with Jira for task tracking and workflow management.
• Experience managing Confluence pages for documentation.
• Ability to use SQL for data querying.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Skill in creating and managing ServiceNow dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel reporting.
