Description

Provide technical leadership for GIS products, focusing on electric and gas distribution systems. Lead technical direction for Small World GIS and ESRI products within utility environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for Small World GIS and ESRI products within utility environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical IT issues specifically related to Small World electric and gas distribution modules.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and fix GE Magik code issues.
• Provide technical support to GIS business users for both GE Small World and ESRI platforms.
• Manage GIS functionality and data using Small World, ESRI, and FMETL tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Small World GIS and ESRI products.
• Direct industry experience working on gas or electric utility projects.
• Proficiency in GE Magik code application within GIS products.
• Experience troubleshooting Small World distribution modules.
• Technical expertise in ESRI and FMETL tools for data management.
• Ability to support GIS business users in a utility sector context.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
