Description

Manage and administer Redwood RunMyJobs On-Prem, including job scheduling, workload automation, and environment maintenance. Lead migrations from legacy schedulers into RunMyJobs, ensuring smooth integration and minimal downtime. Provide L2/L3 production support, performing root-cause analysis, troubleshooting failures, and resolving complex batch-processing issues. Develop, optimize, and maintain automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript to improve operational efficiency. Oversee enterprise batch scheduling operations across Unix/Linux and Windows systems. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure batch workloads.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in batch scheduling and workload automation.
• Proven expertise in Redwood RunMyJobs administration and job scheduling.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid experience managing environments across Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with L2/L3 production support and root-cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
