Description

You will administer Redwood RunMyJobs On-Prem, lead scheduler migrations, and provide L2/L3 production support for batch workloads.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Redwood RunMyJobs On-Prem, managing job scheduling and workload automation.
• Lead migrations from legacy schedulers to RunMyJobs, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, performing root-cause analysis and resolving complex batch issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalable, secure batch workloads.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in batch scheduling and workload automation.
• Proven expertise in Redwood RunMyJobs administration and job scheduling.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid experience managing environments across Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with L2/L3 production support and root-cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
