Provide direct nursing care and manage patient outcomes within the Med Surg unit in Alamosa, CO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care within the Med Surg department.
• Execute clinical nursing tasks and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow care plans.

Required Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent in nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
