Description

You will manage nursing operations across multiple units in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and daily unit operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage patient care workflows within acute, progressive, and medical-surgical environments.
• Ensure clinical standards and safety protocols are maintained across assigned units.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of nursing experience with active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Proven expertise in Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care nursing.
• Experience managing operations in Acute Care settings.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage staff across multiple units.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize service delivery.
