Description

You will manage the deployment, programming, and troubleshooting of industrial robotic systems. You will own the release pipeline for robot software, including loading programs and configuring I/O. You will perform robotic path teaching and configure Cartesian coordinate systems, frames, and work objects for EOAT. You will execute installation, start-up, and production support. You will troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems using prints. You will set up robot communication protocols including DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, and Ethernet IP.

Responsibilities

• Write and deploy robot software, load programs, and configure I/O.
• Perform robotic path teaching and configure Cartesian coordinate systems, frames, and work objects.
• Execute installation, start-up, and ongoing production support.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems using technical prints.
• Configure robot communication protocols including DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, and Ethernet IP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with industrial robotics.
• Advanced programming proficiency in at least two of: Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka.
• Expertise in robotic path teaching and Cartesian coordinate systems.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic prints.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with communication protocols: DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, and Ethernet IP.
• Basic or intermediate programming knowledge in Visual Basic, C, or C++.
• Associates or Bachelor of Science in BSEE, BSEET, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vision System setup and training.
• Troubleshooting experience with PLC programs.
