Description

Manage deployment, programming, and troubleshooting of industrial robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the robot software release pipeline, including program loading and I/O configuration.
• Perform robotic path teaching and configure Cartesian coordinate systems, frames, and work objects for EOAT.
• Execute installation, start-up, and ongoing production support for robotic cells.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems using technical prints and schematics.
• Configure and maintain robot communication protocols including DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, and Ethernet IP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with industrial robotics.
• Advanced programming proficiency in at least two of: Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka.
• Expertise in robotic path teaching and Cartesian coordinate systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic prints.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with communication protocols: DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, and Ethernet IP.
• Basic or intermediate programming knowledge in Visual Basic, C, or C++.
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in BSEE, BSEET, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vision System setup and training.
• Troubleshooting experience with PLC programs.
