Description

You will provide technical service to UVD robot customers both remotely and on-site, focusing on customer success.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve support and service requests from UVD robot customers via email, phone, and on-sites.
• Participate in training for customers and partners remotely, on-site, and at the Blue Ocean Robotics office.
• Process incoming inquiries and prepare service-related resolutions in a timely manner.
• Support the installation and integration of UVD robots at customer locations in the Americas, remotely or physically.
• Perform yearly maintenance visits at customers to ensure smooth robot operation.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency in networking, robotics, and electronics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation for handling inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Experience managing service requests via email, phone, and on-site visits.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics Technology, Robotics, Technical Support, or Network Administration.
• Familiarity with Mysql, Html, Node.js, and React.
