Description

You will provide technical service to UVD robot customers, focusing on support, integration, and maintenance across the Americas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests via email, phone, and on-site visits.
• Support the installation and integration of UVD robots at customer locations.
• Conduct yearly maintenance visits to ensure smooth robot operation.
• Participate in remote and on-site training for customers and partners.
• Prepare timely service-related resolutions for incoming inquiries.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency in networking, robotics, and electronics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience managing service requests via email, phone, and on-site.
• Familiarity with Mysql, Html, Node.js, and React.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Electronics Technology, Robotics, or Network Administration.
