Description

Manage on-site robotic system operations and resolve hardware and software issues at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily system operations and resolve issues involving software, bots, structures, and stations.
• Prioritize daily activities and maintenance tasks while on-site at customer facilities.
• Collaborate with the support team to proactively identify and address operational issues during planned downtime.
• Communicate technical status and operational updates to on-site operations teams and remote support staff.
• Maintain customer relationships through effective technical troubleshooting and onsite presence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in field engineering or technical operations.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting hardware and robotic systems.
• Proficiency with Linux and command line interfaces.
• Experience working with SQL.
• Experience working with XML.
• Experience working with Java.
• Ability to manage complex system software and physical station structures.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
